Perfection

Professional, Thorough, and Highly Recommended
Mike has been fantastic from start to finish. His advice was spot-on and his calm, professional approach made the whole process stress-free. Our old floor caused several surprises, but he handled every challenge brilliantly. The prep, screed, DPM and final LVT finish were all done to a superb standard and within a tight deadline before our kitchen arrived. Mike came to fit our Karndean floor. He's a very pleasant guy, considerate and hard working. He gave us a 4 to 5 day time line and completed it 3 days. He was very clean and tidy. Explained what he was going to do. He cut the floor in very neatly. He also made sure we could use the room when we came home and he had finished for the day. laying LVT flooring over the top of our kitchen ceramic floor tiles
Mike carried out the work, the preparation on day one, was applying a bonding agent to the existing ceramic tiles, and then a fine self levelling compound. Day two, was the laying of the LVT planks which are glued down. Mike did a superb job, and we are so very happy with the finished floor. Karndeen flooring - throughout downstairs
