Booked in a regular 8 week clean. At 10 weeks I chased. Got a sorry we’re so busy we’ll come by - they did. It has now been 5 months and not a peep out of them since. No one wants a window cleaner you have to chase every month so I’ve gone elsewhere.

I requested a quote for all of my windows to be cleaned in early April, I had a reply from Mike about a week later via what’s App asking for more information which I then gave him. He responded with a good quote which happily agreed with. I asked when can he start and he took two weeks to reply. I even had to prompt him! We did agree a date and time (now early May) only for him to change his mind the night before the work was due to start and tried to reschedule for me for the following week. I gave up and am looking for another company to do the work!

All of the work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard. Both a very friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this company and would use again,

Michael Davis is very polite, pleasant and takes great pride in his work and the service provided. As a first time customer he was considerate by taking note of my concerns as my conservatory and windows have been installed for a long time and very careful to be mindful of this during the clean for which I am most appreciable.

Michael Davis has been cleaning our windows probably for a couple of years. Today, we asked him to clean our conservatory roof. To be honest, it's a while since the roof was cleaned and we hoped that Michael would do a good job. In fact, he did an outstanding job. The glass roof and all roof plastics are gleaming. It almost looks better than when it was new. I cannot fault the job he did for us. He charged a good and fair price and must have really worked hard to clean the roof so incredibly well. We would definitely recommend Michael and would do so entirely without reservation.

It is very rare I am able to mark most areas with a 10, but fully deserved. Very polite and helpful. Would be happy to recommend Mike to anyone.
