  Craftsmanship at its best

Highly complicated brickwork design was delivered to an expedition standard. Have used them for a number of jobs some very large but also some smaller projects - I recommend without hesitation.

Hard working, innovative and quality builder

Daniel built a wall in my front garden and a patio in my back garden. Daniel dug the foundations for the patio pretty much as deep as the foundations of the house. Daniel is increadible hard working and takes great pride in the quality of his work. I’ve had tradesman in London for over a decade and in terms of quality and hard work, he has been the best.

  Back yard facelift

Daniel and MDY were fantastic. Quoted quickly and faily, turned up on schedule and finished ahead of schedule. The final product looks great!

Excellent workmanship, reliable and highly recommended

We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Daniel. He carried out several projects for us, including a complete garden transformation, repointing the front of our house, and insulating one of our rooms. The quality of the work has been excellent throughout. He is incredibly hardworking, reliable and takes real pride in what he does. Communication was always clear and easy, he arrived on time, kept us updated, and was consistently polite and considerate while working in our home. It was genuinely a pleasure having him work on our house, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use hi

Absolutely stunning transformation – meticulous brickwork and flawless tiling!

Daniel (MDY Construction) did a fantastic job rebuilding my front wall, which was damaged by council tree roots. He dug deep to install a rock-solid foundation and root barrier, building a beautiful double-skinned brick wall with new gate and pillars. He also laid stunning porcelain tiles and a new front doorstep. Daniel is honest, reliable, and helped me choose the perfect finishes. His prices were reasonable and you truly pay for excellent workmanship and materials. The finish is so beautiful that a neighbour has already copied it! I would highly recommend this company.
