Meadowside did a great job and worked well to completely renovate a house I rent out. It’s an old property so it came with some challenges - but I was really impressed with their work and trusted their advice.

Unlike others, Meadowside replied to enquiries. They came to inspect and quote before I'd purchased the premises, when I needed to decide whether to proceed with the purchase as the bungalow had structural issues. After I'd purchased, they guided me through the process of getting a structural engineer to draw plans, and then they quoted from the plans. Quotation process very thorough, they take the time to price materials. Work done to a very high standard too, they followed the structural engineer's plans and the structural engineer was very happy with the work's quality when he inspected.

I couldn't contact Meadowside by phone so I sent a text over the weekend asking them to give me a call if they were in a position to quote for the required work. Jack rang the following Wednesday and arranged to visit at 9:30 am Friday. He took the address over the phone but just to be sure I sent it to him by text also. I took the morning off work and waited until 11:30 but then was called back to work for an emergency. My partner then waited but they never turned up, didn't call or text either.

We had an internal wall removed. A new kitchen fitted. Everything was kept as clean and tidy as possible throughout. We were kept informed as to what was happening and when. Very happy with the results.
