  Failure to complete garden work

  Medway Landscaping were meant to remove a wall + soil, build a new retaining wall, stairs, install a base, artificial grass, decking, a balustrade, soakaway. In 6 weeks they managed to remove the old wall + soil (this was a few days work at best) started to build a new wall, installed a soakaway. Often they did not turn up and failed to advise they were not coming. A wall built it not straight, the stairs were built on top of the soakaway, 2 blocks fell from the wall, top of the stairs cracked, soakaway not connected to guttering. Their delays impacted multiple other trades

  Garden make over.

  Gareth and his team were polite and friendly they did a excellent job on our garden they tided up very well after the job and the price he quoted at the start is what we had to pay at the end.They did take longer to do the job than expected but then but I sooner they taken there time to do a great.

  Composite Decking

  Composite decking

  Dismantled and removed old sheds and decking. Replaced with composite decking to match rest of garden. Build new step and fitted new gate. Could not be more pleased. Very competitive price. Used before and would use again . Recommended to several friends already

  Lawn returfing

  Had a few hiccups with arranging a start date due to illness but when they did start they worked hard to finish in good time. We were pleased with their work. The advice they gave us was useful ie to water it regularly and not to mow for 6 weeks. They also assured us they would return if we had any issues.

  Garden Overhaul

  Gareth and the team did a complete garden overhaul and couldn't be happier - replaced fences including concrete posts, replaced paving slabs, created a rockery area and shed base, levelled much of the garden and laid artificial grass. Fantastic attention to detail - very happy customer
