Trevor and his team are very prompt in responding and also communicating on any change of schedule or time and I appreciate this well as it has become easier for us to coordinate in our house buying process. I have dealt with many gas engineers / plumbers in the past and they all seem a little less than transparent which asks the question of trust. Rob was straight down the line transparent and the quality of his work was simply excellent. His prices are very good in comparison to others. He turned up on time and cleaned everything up behind him. He is easy to talk to and very approachable. I had a new boiler fitted and a year later he came to cap off an old gas fire connection for me as I was renovating our front room. Highly recommended.
