A calledin at about 4.30 p.m. because of a scraping sound when on full lock. They saw me immediately although they were working on other cars. The mechanic immediately diagnosed the problem and he got a young colleague tp take off thewheel and found stone that was causing the problem. I offered to pay but was told this was not necessary

I was struggling to replace the battery in the key fob of our family car due to arthritis in my hands. A simple task just a short time ago ! I had acquired a battery but opening the key fob was too difficult. I rang Kate at Mendall Autos and she advised me to bring the key fob and battery in to her. I went to see Kate with the key fob and battery and she arranged for the battery to be replaced within 5 minutes ! Furthermore, Kate even charge me ! This is old fashioned service and I am not taking my vehicle for service or repair anywhere else without talking to Kate first !

Excellent as usual

I have never used this garage before, I called them in an emergency and lucky enough they had a cancellation. Brilliant service I was called by 8.15am to tell me the issue and then received a text telling me my car was ready. I have never had a garage do this. You have won my business thank you again.
