Mercia Blinds, fabulous service. Just love our shutters, great fitting… Ken was lovely and did a great job… came back after two weeks to replace two shutters which were broken in transit! All in all wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mercia Blinds.

Lovely manner quick order and fitting cleaned up his mess

Ken came out and measured up and discussed the range of products available to us. We made our selection and explained our requirements. We were told when they would be arriving for fitting. True to word they arrived within the estimated time. Ken contacted us and arranged to come and fit them. He did an excellent job and was very professional. He took all rubbish away with him. I would highly recommend this company. I only dealt with Ken but if any others within the company are comparable you would be very pleased with the end result. I am now waiting for blinds to be fitted in bedrooms by Ken
