Dawes Doors came out and quoted me £1500 for a new door or £720 for a new spring set. I wanted a second opinion, so I contacted Mercia. They came out straight away, ordered the part I needed and did the the repair. They only charged me £160. First thing I would say is that they are very knowledgeable. They ordered the part, kept me updated about the order, arrived on time. Very professional and jolly.
