Friendly and professional, Mercury respond quickly to communication, give full detail of the work to be done, arrive on time, do exactly what they said they would do and give a real sense that customer service is important to them. Dean and Theo were keen to check that I could operate the system and was happy with it. No hesitation in recommending them.

Super service from two brilliant guys. While Nils was coming from another job, Corey who had finished his job nearby popped in to check a few reasons why my cameras had gone off line. Because of Corey’s thoroughness Nils was quickly able to track the problem back to the box in the loft. He ordered the new part to replace the failed part and now my Cameras are all back on line and working perfectly. Such good team work. Corey came to fit the new part, checked everything was up to the excellent standard they expect from their products. He even closed the loft and left it as he’d found it.

Great service of my alarm. Two lovely men attended my property. Nils and Theo are a great double act. They both took of there shoes without being asked which was great as we don’t wear shoes in the house and the panel is in the airing cupboard in my sons room. Both men were very friendly and knowledgeable.

A very challenging job involving ladders etc was undertaken by the Mercury engineer Corey and what a credit he is to the company. Bench mark levels of customer service. Well done and thank you Mercury.
