Great service of my alarm. Two lovely men attended my property. Nils and Theo are a great double act. They both took of there shoes without being asked which was great as we don’t wear shoes in the house and the panel is in the airing cupboard in my sons room. Both men were very friendly and knowledgeable.

A very challenging job involving ladders etc was undertaken by the Mercury engineer Corey and what a credit he is to the company. Bench mark levels of customer service. Well done and thank you Mercury.

I have used Mercury Fire & Security for many years now across a couple of different properties. They are great to work with, really helpful and very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional CCTV to be installed.
