  Really friendly and honest

  Lyrian was very friendly, helpful upfront and honest about the situation. He ensured that others who could be affected by the works confirmed they were happy showing due diligence and also advised us that the council may do some of the work for free or at lower costs. Now waiting to hear back from the council but will definitely be using their services once we confirm what they will and won't do.

  We have had the pleasure of working with Mercury Pest Control for our pest management needs at Ascension Church 3 plus years and continue to use them. From the very beginning, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough in addressing issues we were facing and now barely a pest in sight. They carefully assessed the property, ensuring no corners were overlooked. Lirian and co are super friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure to explain the process in detail, so we know exactly what to expect. They also provided helpful tips for preventing future infestations.
