New boiler fitted
Ben and his colleague were absolutely fantastic and we would have no hesitation in using them again. Ben provided us with several quotes (depending on the type and quality of the boiler we wanted) in writing before he started work and clearly explained the pros and cons of each quote. We arranged a date for the new boiler to be fitted but when our old boiler suddenly stopped working completely Ben arranged an earlier date 2 weeks in advance of his original date. Replace water pump and service central heating boiler
As I am defined as an extremely clinically vulnerable person by the NHS we agreed protections for the work (where possible) and Ben was helpful and considerate when doing his job. A neighbour recommended this company to me and I am extremely pleased that I acted on their recommendation.
