I got a few quotes and Merlin was not only the cheapest but he seemed the most knowledgeable. One quote was just to use ply and tile on top but Merlin said as high volume area we would also need to screed to avoid any cracking. As it is a communal hall he kindly suggested to screed late evening to allow people to get home from work to avoid anyone walking on it. Merlin carried out the work in a professional and timely manner. We are very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Merlin Flooring.
