Called in a moment of need and they were incredibly helpful. They came out on the same day to diagnose the issue. Following some consultation they then replaced the boiler to get our young family back to having heat in the house. Jason responded to my early morning call quickly, I was thankful to find someone so helpful after I was woken by an emergency following a local mains shut down during the night, the stopcock was also stuck and I couldn’t shut off the water, he came and dealt with it all that morning within 1.5 hour and has also made the stopper more accessible for me in future. Jason is fantastic! He came to review the system and then made recommendations as to what we should do and an interim step available to fix the leak and to ensure our system conforms to new regulations. He fixed the problem and pointed out we have very high water pressure. The pressure was turned down a little to far and he was back at speed to change it for us.
