Avoid this company I was constantly asked for money whilst the job was on going to help pay for the scaffolding and asked to pay £2000 before completing so he could pay his staff. Threatened with legal action as I would not pay the remaining balance until the scaffolding had been removed They left my property in a mess, and had to call them back twice to clean up. Sam may appear a friendly person but I found him to be incredibly pushy. AVOID THIS FIRM.

Sam and his men were excellent: when we called them following the heavy rain, it was as if they left everything to rush down to us. He forensically diagnosed the problem and set about fixing the problem. They were able to contain our anxieties, very reassuring and very patient. Very polite and trust worthy. After their work, there has not been a drop of water coming through the roof. I highly recommend SMT Roofing:

Sam was always updating me every day on how the job was going, this workers took videos of every step of the job. His men were always polite and well mannered.

First class company. Starting with competitive quote from Sam. Roofers arrived on time, worked very hard and quickly and cleaned up as they went. Highly friendly, efficient and first class company that I would use again and recommend to others.
