From quote to completion of the job felt I was dealing with a company that were professional and caring Dean came to fix a problem with our bi fold doors today-he arrived on time and immediately analysed the problem and was able to fix it as well as give advice on another potential purchase. Lee, Erik, Pete, Ben and Callum carried out our whole house window refurb plus 3 sets of patio doors. The quality of their work was excellent and they worked through the heatwave without slowing the pace. They were professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.

From beginning to end Merstham glass provided an excellent and efficient service. The staff are friendly and approachable, the price point includes VAT so there were no nasty surprises and it was excellent value for money. The repair was made by an experienced fitter who fulfilled the job at lightening speed, no mess, no fuss, a really nice chap who even cleaned the new uPVC window pane before he left.
