  Leaking pipe, washer needed replacing.

  Very good service from Prakesh from this company. Responsive to my call which was at almost 9pm, was with us in half an hour, gave us a clear heads up as to pricing structure, and once arrived, quickly resolved the problem, all within the hourly call out rate, ie within one hour. Recommended. We’d call again in an emergency. Friendly and polite service and trustworthy.

  Unreliable

  They came initially to inspect the problem and we got on well. I was confident that I had selected the right person. However after the initial visit it went downhill. Despite several promises to call and discuss the job in hand, they failed to keep any of their promises and in the end I had to find another plumber. Wasted almost a week waiting.

  Remove old silicon and apply new silicon to seal leaking areas around shower tray and above.

  James is a very pleasant guy. He did exactly what was required and the job was very well done. He brought the 2 different coloured silicons also.

  Fitting in cloakroom: toilet, cistern, hand basin and tap. Fitting new pipework, sinking into walls.

  Excellent plumber. He was polite, tidy, knowledgeable about his trade. Very happy with the work done, we will use him again on a different project.
