  Excellent service, friendly staff, quality work.

  I have used them three times and each time they have provided excellent service, have managed my expectations about when they would arrive and what they would do. Initially they came for a boiler service. During the service the engineer noticed a water leak on the ceiling and highlighted that our original cylinder would need replacing. A quote was supplied and they came and fitted it, removed the old cylinder and left the place as tidy as it was when they arrived. They have also replaced my toilet flush. I would recommend using them.

  Back Boiler Decommission & New Combi

  We got Tommy and his team in to decommission an old back boiler and fit a new combi and we couldn't be happier. We were looking for a quick turnaround as the job was needed to ensure that the sale of the property went through swiftly. I liaises with Jen on the booking of the job, and all the other information including which combi we would have fitted etc - super clear and quick communication from everyone involved. On the days they were here -Both Tommy and the guys working with him were professional, clean and tidy and got the job done with little to no disruption even while I was working

  Second time I’ve used Tom & Jen, this time to upgrade my gas supply and replace a boiler. They provided helpful advice when I was deciding which make and model to get, installed it promptly, and helped me with some connectivity issues I had with the Vaillant app. Friendly service and great communication.

  Our experience with Metropolitan Plumbing was excellent. Tom and Jen were friendly, helpful and extremely professional throughout the process of installing our new boiler. The work was done in one day, and it's a relief to have hot water again! Can't recommend them enough :)

  My radiators weren’t getting hot like they used to, and so I was advised by a friend that I might need a power flush as there may be some blockages. I called Metropolitan Plumbing and they came to validate my suspicions and got the job done the next day. My radiators are back working well now, which is a godsend in these colder months. The gentleman was very friendly and kind, and tidied up well upon leaving. He seemed really knowledgeable. I’ll use them again.
