    Blocked Drains

    Poor organisation and massive overcharging

    Arranged a day and time for appointment only to be told that the work was not entered correctly and the didn't have my details. Provided details and arranged to have an appointment for following morning. No one came. Called again, missing my details again. Re-provided and rebooked. I provided details and agreed a call back before the appointment - none was given and engineer that arrived claimed he was given no contact details. Finally, after a basic wet vac suction on a drain, I was quoted almost **£450** for them to use a flexible rod to unclog, which is on the van. Insane pricing.

    Major bathroom drain blockage: bathtub and basin

    Outstanding work from Metro Rod and Dave Goff who carried out the repair. I had called someone out previously the day before who had made the problem worse but Dave had the problem fixed in no time and saved me a lot of worry. Very professional and very polite with the right equipment for the repair. Highly recommend.

    Leaking toilet pipe

    Steven came on time and discovered the leak very quickly and efficiently. Fixed the leak and triple checked his work to ensure the problem was solved. Which it was. Very polite and informed me of what he was doing. Brilliant job.

    Cleared a toilet blocked by a plastic Bwach cage

    Sent by insurance co. Attended very quickly and sorted the blockage.
