Excellent customer service from Amanda when first contacting them.Polite, friendly, reassuring and efficient.Just what one hopes for??. My plumber ‘Ben’’, arrived at the agreed time.He also was polite, friendly and professional.He explained everything he was doing and why as he went along and did so in a very friendly manner.He ‘sorted’ all the issues and ‘triple checked everything was fine before leaving. An all round professional friendly service from a company I shall use again when needed and whom I can from this experience recommend.
