Mathew was nothing short of FANTASTIC. From start to finish, his comms were prompt and clear, and not once did I have to wait long for a response to the questions I had. No task is feared with Mat, on the day we even added an additional job when he arrived and he simply cracked on with it with no stress. Mat has a warm, quirky, fun personality, one who we’d have back in a flash and I would have had no concerns leaving him in my home whist I went out.
