Mark and Darren recently replaced an old Worcester boiler for us with an up to date Worcester Bosch which we are really pleased with. They were also able to sort out our underfloor heating, quite tricky, to make it separate from the boiler and set up a hive system for us. Friendly, helpful and very professional, we would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for ongoing plumbing and servicing.

Fixing issues with Boiler. Attaching a pressure reducer, and replacing Taps and thermostatic valve
Mark arrived promptly in the morning and completed all the work in a few hours. Second time we have used this company, last time for an urgent boiler water leak. Highly recommend.

I had an electrical fault with my boiler. They diagnosed the issue and replaced PCB.
I had an electrical fault with my boiler which a few companies weren’t able to deal with. The company came out to inspect a few days after my call and diagnosed a new PCB required. They booked in a few days later and replaced the PCB and boiler now working fine. Seemed very friendly and competent so very happy with the work and the cost was reasonable.

Outside garden pipe
Mark returned my called quickly and visited as agreed. Both Mark and his co-worker were polite, answered my questions and carried out the repair as needed, This included Mark having to visit a nearby shop to collect a tap. Finally, he charged a fair and an agreeable fee. Yes, I had a positive experience, and I will now add his details to the professionals I would use again. Thanks Mark
