We had a small leak coming through a bedroom ceiling after some really heavy rain. I called MGH and was told that someone would be with be in about 45 minutes. As promised Joe arrived to take a look. Unfortunately for us due to the way our roof is scaffolding was required to take a proper look, this was organised quickly and was put up the following morning. Joe returned the following day to do a better look all the felt had perished and collapsed and the battens were completely rotten. Being new to the area I had no contacts so just googled roof repairers. I struck lucky with this company as it was outstanding.
