I had some bathroom tiles that needed to be replaced. Marius came over and did a very good job. However, the grout around one tile started to crack a few days later. He agreed he would come back to repair it the following week but didn’t arrange an exact time. He has now started to ignore my messages and calls and won’t respond. It’s all very disappointing as the original work was good but I now need to hirer someone to fix his work.

Hi dear customers as you can see all my recommendations are 9.5 or 10 this customer is happy with my work but for the simple fact that when i called him and i was available to go and fix what happened there,,, the customer was not available i'm sorry this happened but i didn't ignore any customer when there were problems but we can't please everyone as they expect thank you and team TMB TOP TIELS..
