From the first visit to completion, every member of the team was polite and considerate, especially considering the current Covid restrictions. The initial visit was very informative and we were put at ease very quickly about a genuine ‘no obligation’ quote. We had several other quotes prior to this one and they were all very unpleasant and pressured. This was easy, slick and we had plenty of time to think about it without being pestered. The windows look fantastic. The fitting was quick and professional. The difference is amazing. Quieter, warmer and nicer to look at. Everything we wanted!
