Price was very competitive and advice given was very good. Job completed to good standard and very clean and tidy afterwards

Morgan and his team completed our works to a high standard and were able to provide a full service for our project. They organised engineers, building control, electrical works, steel fabricators and plastering as well as general building work. Couldn't fault any of the work and the team were courteous and polite and always tidied up after themselves. Communication was great and we're really pleased with the work that has been completed. Would definitely recommend.

Steel lintel and stone exterior completed to a high standard as well as the mortar and pointing done to a very high standard. Morgan was diligent and clean; even hoovering inside where dust was by the window. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will use him again for similar jobs.

The young lad who did our work for us was amazing, turned up on time cracked on with the job in hand and cleaned up after each job we told him to leave it and that we would sort it but he said absolutely not he would do it. Did a fantastic job would highly recommend Kensington Property Services and use them again.

Morgan talked me through the whole process and did everything he said he would do, to a high standard. Very prompt and left no less behind.

Communication with them is very good they let you know when they are coming and what is to be done that day. Good organisation of the other trades, plumber, carpenter and electrician, so no long gaps holding everything up. Good use is made of the time resulting in a quick but skilful finish. I have used builders before at my former home and none were as efficient at getting the job done as MGS. I would recommend them and will use them again.
