  Would not use them again

  They did 3 jobs: 1. Central heating repair. Work was conducted satisfactorily but they tried to over charge us. We had to produce evidence of a WhatsApp conversation to get the price lowered. 2. Pressure reducing valve. This leaked after fitting causing a significant leak in our utility room. They did return to correct the issue but it caused damage that we had to address ourselves. 3. Temperature control value. This failed within 10 months. We have been trying to get them to replace since November it is now mid April. We keep being given the runaround - it is still broken.

  Boiler fixed and very happy

  We needed some semi urgent work on a leaking boiler. Mike called us back, rearranged to see us next day, diagnosed the problem while temporarily fixing until the part was available and came back with a week to complete the work. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest, he and his team solved our problem. I’d recommend to anyone needing help

  Boiler breakdown & faulty wiring

  Our job was quite difficult initially to diagnose. Matt stuck at it until he located problem. He had to come back a couple of times, but responded to my texts very quickly. He also cleaned up after himself.

  Excellent gas boiler repair

  My gas boiler suddenly stopped working, and MH3 came to repair it 2 days after my initial contact, much faster than others could. The engineer was very thorough, cleaned the system, and spare parts arrived early the next morning. Very satisfied with the work done, and 3 weeks on the boiler is still working perfectly. Only negative point was the invoice which arrived with no breakdown of the work, just a figure, and it took 2 emails to get a proper cost breakdown.
