  Emergency Central Heating Repair

  Shower repair

  Mike from MH3 came out to fix our shower and did a brilliant job. He turned up promptly, got straight to work, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He went above and beyond what we expected, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Great communication throughout and a really friendly bloke on top of it. Five stars, no hesitation in recommending MH3.

  Central Heating

  Would not use them again

  They did 3 jobs: 1. Central heating repair. Work was conducted satisfactorily but they tried to over charge us. We had to produce evidence of a WhatsApp conversation to get the price lowered. 2. Pressure reducing valve. This leaked after fitting causing a significant leak in our utility room. They did return to correct the issue but it caused damage that we had to address ourselves. 3. Temperature control value. This failed within 10 months. We have been trying to get them to replace since November it is now mid April. We keep being given the runaround - it is still broken.

  Disappointed with your comments. The ‘over charged’ issue was a mere misunderstanding having provided a quotation for several jobs in one visit & was swiftly rectified. The pressure reducing valve was previously installed on plastic pipework of which we had advised wasn’t great practice but due to the location of the pipework would be significantly difficult to replace. Again, we returned to repair. Temperature control valve? We found this client extremely difficult & hesitant to spend on repair works always trying to find the cheapest possible way out.

  Boiler fixed and very happy

  We needed some semi urgent work on a leaking boiler. Mike called us back, rearranged to see us next day, diagnosed the problem while temporarily fixing until the part was available and came back with a week to complete the work. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest, he and his team solved our problem. I’d recommend to anyone needing help
