  Skilled, respectful, on time to budget!

  Don't want to give a good review because then they will be permanently booked out. AMAZING! Said it would take 3 weeks, it took 3 weeks. The price quoted was the price charged. Work beyond excellent. Not a single bodge. Guys were respectful, polite, and had an enduring sense of humour in the face of odd neighbours with silly parking requests. 11 out of 10!

  Excellent accuracy and quality

  Mitch and his team did a garage base and a course of brickwork for us in August 2025. Mitch's attention to detail was first class and his knowledge is excellent. The garage installers were so impressed with the accuracy and quality of his work they have listed him as an approved supplier for this area. Thoroughly recommended and will have no hesitation in asking Mitch to do any other work we need.

  Quality local builders who went beyond my expectations

  From the first meeting, when my ideas were discussed and developed and the budget was clearly explained, through the building work and its completion, Mitch and his team were so helpful and responsive giving sensible suggestions along the way to ensure that the finished building is a high quality extension. Moreover it was delivered on budget. The finished extension exceeds my expectations whilst also being future-proofed. M H Construction will be my go-to builders in the future and are highly recommended.

  Downstairs Extension

  Mitch, Russ, Luke, and Chris, always set themselves ‘good target / standards’ to achieve. When I was working, if I designed a job and I was happy with it, I felt good knowing it was of a ‘acceptable standard’, rather than knowing i might have to redesign it later, they are all people who work to a high ‘quality and output standard / target’ Very tidy, helpful, punctual, nothing is too much bother…thus, other customers thinking of having some building work done will definitely be reading these reviews…..Deb and myself would recommend your company, and would definitely use you again

  Chimney repair and extension

  What a fabulous team, so tidy, listened to what i was trying to achieve. Nothing was too much trouble, answered all my questions and took time to explain anything I didn’t understand. Started work on the day they said they would. I can highly recommend and will definitely use them for all future projects.

  Removing old shed and building new one

  After many, many months of trying to find a builder who was willing to do the job and who actually came back when they'd promised to, I am so glad I found this company on Checkatrade. They built exactly what I was wanting quickly and efficiently. The men were very pleasant, polite and punctual. They did the work to a very high standard and I highly recommend this firm.
