To stop heating intermittently switching off in the evening
Mark came round very quickly after my call, diagnosed the problem and temporarily fixed it. He came back following day to install a new part and now the heating is working perfectly. He explained what the problem was and I am very grateful to have found a gas engineer who is so efficient, reliable and likeable. Thank you Mark.

We had a new boiler fitted with Nest and radiators
It's not often that you find someone who truly lives up to their feedback reputation. Mark was very friendly, professional , polite and just a great all round guy, which for me built a high level of trust and is exactly what you want when you have someone replacing your whole heating and water system. I highly recommend Mark if you are looking for any plumbing or heating work. In short, he is the personification of what a heating engineer should be. Thank you Mark for doing an amazing job on our new home.
