  Great work in bathroom

  Maz carried out some work in my bathroom (Ply subfloor and LVT installation) after giving me a very reasonable quote for the work. He also gave me options to suit various budgets which I really appreciated. He was early, tidy, quick and very neat, with a lot of attention to detail. He even did some boxing in and tiling around my sink that I hadn’t thought of, again, for a very good price. Very polite and skilled man, and so reassuring to find someone you can trust. Would wholly recommend to anyone.

  Bike shed

  Maz built a bike storage area to the highest standard. He completed a brief survey at the house to understand the job fully, provided a quote and once approved was quick to arrange dates for completing the work. The job was completed quickly and looks absolutely excellent. Maz was extremely responsive to any queries, arrived at my property promptly to do the job and I would definitely recommend him to anyone with any similar jobs required.

  Brilliant Exterior Painting of our Home!

  I find it so nerve-racking trying to find a reputable trader but thankfully I found Maz at MHJ Property Maintenance. Honestly, I can't speak any higher of the service that they provided. The communication was second to none, I knew exactly where we were at at every stage of the process and work performed was exceptional. Attention to detail was fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly upon completion. Finally, the customer service they provided was extremely friendly and I look forward to working with them on a number of other projects in the near future. Highly recommend!

  Maz removed my old bathroom suite, refitted a new one and retiled the whole bathroom. The work and price was exceptional!
