10 Bedroom door lock jammed and broken!

Mine was not an emergency as such, but he did come out within a few hours to sort it out that same evening as I had requested. Mark texted to say he was due, arrived on time, and explained the problem. He kept me updated with what he was doing as I was dashing around doing something with visitors at the time. He Got the jammed door open and moved and fixed the locking mechanism. He worked quickly and efficiently- and tidied up. My son recommended this Company, after his good experience. Carers arriving to attend our elderly parents could not unlock their front door. Within 2hrs of making the call at 7.40am on a Saturday morning, Mark arrived, found the problem and replaced the mechanism in lock. He kept in contact with me by phone throughout, there was no mess, he absolutely took all the stress out of a stressful situation. He messaged me a copy of the invoice with a 2 year guarantee also and sent me a link to pay online. It was so easy. My dad and I highly recommend this Company. Brilliant service. I was locked out the house for 4 hours, attempted to get into my house myself after locking me and my family out of the house by accident. Text MH locksmiths, never used them before he responded and was available. I sent him a picture of the lock, he rang with a price and came within 20 minutes of ringing. He gained entry quick, replaced the full lock and handles. Gave a 2 year warranty with his job he done and 5 new keys. He was quick and efficient replacing the lock and gaining entry, made it look very easy to do. Would definitely recommend MH if you're needing a locksmith.Verified reviewerJob location: NE37
