Great communication and a professional service from start to finish

My gas boiler stopped working and after checking that it wasn’t just a blown plug fuse I asked around for advice. Several people recommended Mark and I have to say that the service he provided in fixing the problem was remarkable. His response was fast (next day) with excellent communication and explanation regarding the cause of the problem which he quickly identified to be a faulty part. 10/10 thank you Mark!

Mark fitted a combo boiler, it has worked fine for the last year. He fitted me a new stainless steel sink and a new chrome mixer tap in kitchen. He also fitted new taps in my cloakroom. Some of my copper pipes which have been in the house since it was built over 50 years ago started to corode ,yes you got it right he fixed this with new plastic pipes, having to lift floor boards in bedroom above. I would recommend him and his very reasonable priced work to anyone needing a good plumber.

My boiler broke down, messaged Mark and he messaged back almost immediately and managed to get here within a day, fit a brand new boiler and I couldn’t be happier. He was polite, friendly and clean. I got a few quotes last year and he came in mid range but after reviews I’m so glad I went with him. Would definitely recommend *****

Mark contacted me very quickly after my job was posted on Checkatrade. He came to my house that afternoon (it was during a cold snap and temperatures were below freezing) and diagnosed the problem with my boiler but, as it was very elderly, I asked him about a replacement. He was very upfront and helpful. I opted for a new boiler which was installed quickly and with minimum fuss and mess. The cost was very reasonable. Mark was very informative, answered all my queries and kindly replaced broken radiator valves. I would recommend him as a trusted tradesman.
