My house exterior was in need of painting and decorating as it was looking tired and weather beaten. Communication from the owner is excellent and his work is of a high standard. I reached out to Mark via check a trade as we had chimney leaks in 2 places. Mark came the next day to review the leaks and gave a very fair price and honest opinion on what needed to be done. He also gave advice on additional pieces that would improve the roof issues but there no pressure from Mark at all to have this done. He was able to fit in the repairs the following week.
