Michael replied to my enquiry within 5 minutes of it being posted. He arranged to call round after the completion of his current job to see what was causing the leak. After agreeing to an appropriate solution to fix the issue we arranged for him to call back within 48 hours which he did and the problem was rectified in a very professional manner. Michael was polite, friendly and very informative on how he would approach the job. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a plumber who knows the job and just gets on with it. Michael is a responsible, friendly, and reliable person. We have a blocked toilet. He discovered the issue and solved it efficiently. He left the flat clean and mostly important is he let you know the approach he is doing. He knows the plumbing system very well and he explains the situation to us. Michael takes reasonable time and he won't charge you more than he quote. Overall, the negative things you are worried about plumber will never happen if you hire him. It was a great experience hiring him, I definitely recommend anyone who is stil l looking for a reliable plumber. Look no further!

Michael replaced a toilet for my elderly mother. This was done quickly and is a very neat job.

Phoned Michael who said he would come around to fix the next evening between 16.3 0 and 17.00. Gave a quote for call out and was very clear on any additional costs if required. Arrived when stated, fixed the tap and told, then showed me, exactly what problem was. There was no additional cost, tap fixed and no mess to clear up. All in all, a very professional and honest tradesperson. Would recommend and have kept his details if I need a plumber again.
