  Emergency Plumber Service

  Amazing customer service

  I called as my boiler had lost pressure in a house I had recently bought and the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful. Our boiler is in the loft and not the easiest to get to but Alfie was great, he even waited to make sure that everything was running correctly before leaving. Very reasonable price, especially as it was an emergency call out on a Saturday and Alfie was with me within a few hours of calling.

  Blocked Toilets

  On time, quick and efficient - with a smile :-)

  With a blocked loo to fix, decided to add in a replacement of cistern parts in another toilet. Called on Saturday for someone to come on Monday. Were given a 2 hour time window and Alfie called within the window to apologise that he would be 30 mins late. Arrived as promised: shoes off, checked the blocked loo to avoid any repeat issues; fixed the other toilet system, hovered and clean up; checked everything for leaks ad left with a smile - all within 1 hour, with a smile. Perfect.

  Shower Repair

  Weekend Saved!

  Mike and Chris were fantastic. We called at nearly 6pm on a sunny Friday evening with a broken shower. Mike asked for pictures and quick description and within minutes had called back saying he could be here within the hour! They arrived, fixed the shower (literally 10 mins) and were away again. I cannot thank Mike enough for his speed, professionalism and general great attitude. Will be keeping his number for the next job!
