  Patio and retaining wall

  It was a lucky day when we found Mike. He gave us a very competitive quote for a challenging project of building retaining wall and patio with steps up to garden and into house. He is punctual, reliable and hard working. Mike’s attention to detail is meticulous. We love our new patio.

  To remove an old patio area, replace broken fencing and build a new second patio area.

  Thoroughly recommend! Michael did a fantastic job in realising our initial ideas and thoughts around what we wanted for our new back patio area. The old patio was quickly removed, old tree roots disposed of and broken fencing taken down. The new area was laid perfectly and angled so the water flows to a small drain we have. The new modern fencing compliments the area, giving it the modern look we were after. Michael then built a second new area at the far end of the garden from scratch and replaced old fencing on the other side of the garden. Michaels' work was first class!

  Covering a pond

  Michael is the most professional and diligent tradesman we have ever encountered. He gave care and attention to everything he did and went above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, courteous, tidy and skilled person for the job, which was executed to perfection and to the highest order with absolutely no disruption to our busy household. It was a pleasure to have him and his team around and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

  Very Disappointing

  Mike came out twice to my garden. The first time a quote was agreed. The second time he came to go over the finer design details and a start date was agreed. I never heard from him again. As the start date approached, I got in touch, both called and messaged, to confirm a few details and generally to touch base. I had no reply. At first as was not alarmed, as he was very slow to reply in general. However, time went on and still no reply, after more calls and messages. Honesty and decency cost nothing, and the lack of this from Mike has cost me time as now I need to start again for my job.

  Rebuilding a lawn retaining garden wall and installing a replacement garden gate.

  Mike's work is excellent. He is friendly, punctual and hard working. He was accommodating and willing to additionally complete a further couple of minor jobs that we brought up while he was here. He tidied up at the end of each day and left our garden neat and tidy when the work was complete. His work is completed to a superb standard and we are extremely happy with the results. We will use his services again and are happy to wholeheartedly recommend him.
