I chose Mike because I'd seen a porch he'd built further down the road and was impressed with his work. All I can say is that I wasn't disappointed with everything he and his lads did during the project; they were very professional, their workmanship was of the highest standard, they turned up in the most inclement weather and just as important they were very reliable. I do not have the slightest hesitation in recommending him to anybody who wants a professional job done on time and within budget. I will be asking him to do further work for me in 2021.

Absolutely fabulous job, so fortunate to have Mike carry out the work. The work was always carried out to a high standard, he made sure we were kept informed at all stages during the build and he went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with everything being done. At every stage disruption was kept to a minimum and the site kept tidy. The hard work and attention to detail shine through in the final quality of the build. Very highly recommend.

The work was done promptly and to a very high standard and completed in a timely fashion. We would certainly recommend Mike and his team to anyone else.

The job was finished on 26th May, due to delay caused by Covid 19 lock down. I am fully satisfied with the work and impressed by the fact that all the workers, be they builders, carpenters, electricians, plasterers or plumbers,were craftsmen, who worked with skill and efficiency. The Sims Building Company have done an excellent job of work at my home, and are fully recommended by me.

I used Mike after recommendation from a neighbour. A very skilled punctual builder who arrived exactly when he said he would and completed several jobs for me for the agreed price. An absolute breath of fresh air given the standard of other tradesmen out there. I cannot recommend Mike Simms highly enough.
