I can't fault the job carried out by Michael and his team . From start to finish there was excellent communication, an amazing work ethic by all those on the job and the work carried out to a high standard. This was an entire repointing with a large number of damaged bricks throughout . Michael discussed the process , did regular updates and answered any queries . I was able to get clarity on the quotes and Michael was always happy to ensure everything was as needed . This job was for an elderly relative with dementia and the teams level of care and consideration was exceptional.

Communication with Master Brick Care was very good and they kept me informed at all stages whilst the work was being carried out. I asked them to complete the work as soon as possible as I have a shared drive and my neighbour was unable to park his car. They duly finished the work in the shortest time possible. The repointing of my house wall was carried out to a good standard and I am pleased with the result.

Michael and the team were great. Did the job quickly and efficiently. He talked through everything clearly and kept me up to date. Work done was to a good standard and I wild highly recommend him.

The team did three jobs for me. Rebuilding a Brick pillar, a large area re-pointed, a cracked brick arch repair. All completed to a good quality. No surprises from the quote. Attended as planned. Polite, tidy. Would use again.
