Cancelled on booked slot but did not inform me. Only found out after calling half an hour after the booked time that the van was unavailable due to a road incident. Would not take calls, only texts which slowed down progress. No alternative provided that day - found another company willing to turn up last minute late in the evening.

Team arrived on time and were speedy with the removal. Excellent work and very reliable.

Very helpful and accommodating

Mick turned up with 4 other people 30 minutes ahead of schedule and after a quick briefing they all got stuck right in. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, communication and attention to detail. Mick and the team were really careful about our fragile items, not hitting walls (despite moving some big and bulky items) and they were very efficient in loading and unloading the vans. We had a wait of a couple of hours for the move to go through but the team didn't complain, they were patient and professional the whole way through. I really couldn't recommend them enough!
