It was difficult knowing what company to go for, but I took chance with Mid Kent Removals and my initial communication with Michelle showed me that I had made the right choice. Michelle was so helpful and patient answering my many questions. When it came to removal day, the team were brilliant - professional, courteous, friendly, efficient and such a quick turnaround in lugging all my stuff! Very helpful team and I know my things will be in good hands in storage with them until moving day #2.

The whole process was smooth and made so much easier by Steve and his team. They worked tirelessly and were always smiling and courteous. A great team. They looked after all of our belongings carefully and I felt reassured by them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Steve and his team packed every item in my house in preparation to do a long distance move. I had been very stressed about the physicality of packing every item in my house and knew it would dis-orientate me. But Steve and the team not only wrapped all items carefully to avoid damage, they carefully labelled each box, put all boxes as requested in specific rooms, set up the TV's, put kitchen appliances in rightful positions, the same could be said about my dining room, living room and bedroom furniture and as pre-arranged took apart ottoman storage beds and put them back together again. Excellent firm.
