Domestic air con installation
I am extremely impressed with MAC who are an example of top customer service, communication, quality work, and delivery. From Michael who carried out the initial site visit; to Katy who dealt with the payments; and Wayne and his apprentice Brad and electrician Dan I can only say that I have had a superb experience. The workmanship at my house is superb, and all the time that Wayne/Brad/Dan were here they were very cheerful and very tidy. I wish that all contractors were up to MAC's standard.

5* service from MAC, Mike (sales) was extremely helpful when quoted, there was abit of a delay with the units I had ordered (no fault of MAC, just a supplier issue) so they upgraded my units to ensure these would get installed in July, fantastic customer service! Katy from customer service was extrmely efficient and prompt in answering all of my many questions. Callum and Tyler were really professional installing the units over 3 days, I literally didnt know they were there, kept me informed throughout the day and were so friendly, cleaned up as they went

Great service and installation
Service was fairly smooth, a small delay between the quote and installation due to manafacturing delays. However once the work started the two guys I had, Wayne and Luke, were excellent. They arrived promptly and were friendly throughout. When there was a problem with the initial quote the team were quick and efficient at finding a solution that worked best for me without any additional charge. Very happy with the installation they did and it works great.
