  New Boiler System in the extension patched into the main house also

  From start to finish we found David & his staff very easy to work with. We now have a new system powering our new extension & the radiators in the old section work better than ever. David and his team listened intently, designed a great solution, delivered on time and were very flexible when we requested changes (as customers do). We have some more work to be done. David & his team are my 1st choice.

  New boiler installation

  Midland Boilercare have serviced my boiler for many years. They have always delivered an excellent service. When my old boiler finally died last month, David was available straight away to send one of the team to see if it was repairable. When it wasn't, he was able to come and measure up for the new boiler very quickly. He gave excellent advice on what the best option would be and sent me the quote the next day. The team were able to come and fit the new boiler quickly and did a fantastic job. They were very clean and tidy and did the job to a great standard. I highly recommend them!

  Gas Boiler Servicing / Repair

  Boiler Service

  Quoted £110 for boiler service. Came 21/04/23 and here 4 hours. Chatted with engineer and made drinks. He kept calling his boss and sending photos of our boiler/tank. Was then told remedial works needed and would send a quote. Chased several times and then had an invoice in July for £230.77. They charge £35 per half hour over the hour service time. Were not told of this at start wish we had not spent time chatting to the engineer and making drinks if we were being charged for this time! Also sent invoice for works of £1322! Original installer came and say nothing wrong! WATCH FOR ADDED COSTS!

  Appalling communication

  Last year I was pleased with the work carried out, and confident that I had found a reliable company. However, some repairs were needed and I was told that it would typically be a week or so for the work to be carried out. I heard nothing despite repeated telephone calls. Several weeks elapsed before the work was done (to a high standard), I then had to chase the invoice. This year I made an appointment, no one turned up, and no communication as to the reason nor any apology. Sorry to post this, I hope it results in an improvement in customer relations.

  New Boiler

  Changed from a 30 year old boiler / tank to a combi. Work was carried out in an efficient manner and to a high standard. House has 15 radiators so there was a lot of soldering in replacing the manifolds. Job took 3.5 days and wasn't the cheapest option. David was very thorough with explaining everything. Zac and Charlie were very professional in doing the work and made sure we were happy with the installation. New boiler is much more efficient plus has a 12 year guarantee (gas board was 5 for a different boiler). Midland Boiler Care are therefore highly recommended.

  Glow worn boiler installation

  From the first meeting with the M.D David Hickey the professionalism shown by him and his engineers has been both courteous and excellent - nothing has been too much trouble. The work was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of disruption and to the time table given. I throughly recommend the work ethic and knowledge shown and am delighted with the new installation.
