  Exceptional each time.

  We brought our boiler through them 4 years ago. From the beginning the service we have recieved has been exceptional. From the fitters Chris and Mike to Aimee in the office all professional,friendly and on hand to answer any questions we had. We have a yearly boiler service through them and it's easy to book, do a payment. I recommend them to everyone.

  New shower unit installed

  I would like to say thank you for the excellent professional service Midlands Central Heating did with my new shower unit....From the start, their admin team were very prompt/helpful and friendly communicating with me regarding the selection of my new shower unit....once I was happy with the selected shower unit, Midlands Central Heating, were very helpful accommodating a day that suits me to install my new shower unit (only down side Midlands Central Heating don't do installation on "weekends")...Their engineer (Michael) is very professional and knowledgeable regarding shower units.

  Thank you for your kind words, we appreciate your review. We do occasionally offer a Saturday installation for boilers or radiators if our diary allows. Smaller plumbing jobs tend to be on weekdays, but we will accommodate where we can. Glad to help.

  Professional service

  Very professional from the initial engineer site visit to the job completion. Quote sent within a day and date agreed swiftly agreed with the engineer turning up on time. My wife suffers badly with anxiety but Mike swiftly removed her fears, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, although he never stops smiling and singing 😁😁 Job completion on time and all related paperwork sent swiftly from their office. Would certainly recommend this company and after all you should chose local, better support and after sales.
