  Exceeded expectations…and recommend

  Midland Preservation have just completed a damp course on all ground floor walls, both internal and external, including joinery to put things back as they were (but better!). We have been impressed with all aspects of the work from the survey and detailed quote, the execution of all the messy aspects of the job and the finishing off joinery. The teams of men were skilful and hard working. The work had to interweave with a total rewire and again they worked with us on this. Great communications throughout

  I had a positive experience. An inspection was carried out to assess the roof timbers for evidence of wood-boring insect activity (woodworm) and any form of fungal decay, including wet rot.

  The Wall: Winter is Coming!

  Midland Preservation worked to restore a significant garden wall, an endeavour which proved itself to be complex and lengthy. The team communicated well throughout, talking us through their thinking as they toiled to find the 'right thing' for the project at hand. Very pleased with the final result, and glad their remain companies out there that prioritise quality and integrity over quick results.

  Rising damp solved!

  I had some work done by midland preservation in my living room which had rising damp. Greg who came out to survey the damp was really friendly, professional and was knowledgeable, and was quick to get us a quote and sort the issue. The work was completed within 2 weeks, thanks to Greg being able to accommodate us due to the urgency of the job. I would 100% recommend midland preservation as a company. Thank you guys for being so accommodating and providing an excellent customer service, as well as a great job done!
