  I had a positive experience. An inspection was carried out to assess the roof timbers for evidence of wood-boring insect activity (woodworm) and any form of fungal decay, including wet rot.

  The Wall: Winter is Coming!

  Midland Preservation worked to restore a significant garden wall, an endeavour which proved itself to be complex and lengthy. The team communicated well throughout, talking us through their thinking as they toiled to find the 'right thing' for the project at hand.   Rising damp solved!

  I had some work done by midland preservation in my living room which had rising damp. Greg who came out to survey the damp was really friendly, professional and was knowledgeable, and was quick to get us a quote and sort the issue. The work was completed within 2 weeks, thanks to Greg being able to accommodate us due to the urgency of the job. I would 100% recommend midland preservation as a company. Thank you guys for being so accommodating and providing an excellent customer service, as well as a great job done!
