  No work carried out

  My vehicle was supposed to be collected by Andrew at 08:00 this morning but he has not shown up to collect it. Not good enough after explaining in advance that I really needed this to be smooth sailing as this was the only day I had available to do it. I eventually heard from Andrew, way after I had made the decision to book elsewhere. No apology was made after I had explained how this had impacted upon my day - he just brushed the situation off by saying "I'm glad you've got it sorted elsewhere".
