  Excellent service from Joe !!

  Excellent service from Joe Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Joe was punctual, professional and took the time to explain his findings clearly on site. The survey was carried out thoroughly and I received the full report back the very same day, which was alot quicker than expected. The report was detailed, easy to understand and highlighted both the strengths of the drainage system and the areas that may benefit from future maintenance, allowing me to make an informed decision. 5-star experience start to finish , thank you Joe!

  Great service - highly recommend

  Joe was excellent. Joe came quickly to my property to undertake the drain survey. He was very easy to deal with, with great communication throughout. The report Joe produced was very clear and produced quickly. I also appreciated the time that Joe spent explaining his findings to me and how I could use it to approach Severn Trent for repairs. I would recommend Joe 100%!
