    Responsive, professional and helpful

    I needed a CCTV homebuyer’s drain survey while purchasing my recent property in Malvern. Joe was helpful, responsive and professional throughout. The survey was booked in promptly, and the report was detailed and clear. Joe was also very helpful in answering my follow-up questions about the defects identified in the report. Although he was not able to undertake the repair I needed, he discussed my options and pointed me in the right direction to repair the defective drain. I would use again.

    Excellent service from Joe !!

    Excellent service from Joe Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Joe was punctual, professional and took the time to explain his findings clearly on site. The survey was carried out thoroughly and I received the full report back the very same day, which was alot quicker than expected. The report was detailed, easy to understand and highlighted both the strengths of the drainage system and the areas that may benefit from future maintenance, allowing me to make an informed decision. 5-star experience start to finish , thank you Joe!

Midland Sewer Maintenance Limited - trading as MSM Surveys - are a local company formed in 2015 by two friends with over 30 years of experience in the drainage industry between them. Based in The West Midlands, we can cover work nationwide and specialise in CCTV Surveys of pipework including a full report and video footage up to industry standard for reasons such as construction planning (including ‘build over’ surveys & sewer diversion surveys) or simply to investigate the cause of regular blockages.


We also provide services such as high-pressure water jetting of drains, root cutting and routine drainage maintenance for domestic and commercial properties.
