I recently had my annual gas boiler check carried out by Midlands Gas & Plumbing Solutions, and I was very impressed with the service. From the start, the engineer showed me their credentials and explained the work clearly, which gave me great confidence. They were professional, polite, and thorough throughout the entire process. I would happily recommend their services and will continue to use them for future checks.

The lads were very attentive and communication was great. Kept me informed of everything when they was diagnosing/fixing my boiler. Very professional, they are honest and keep you informed of any costs throughout their work.

I had an issue with my boiler and called for a repair to my surprise, the engineer arrived within 30 minutes. He was extremely professional, friendly, and wasted no time identifying and fixing the problem. Not only did he sort the boiler, but he also took the initiative to check everything else to make sure all systems were running safely and efficiently. Truly impressed with the speed, service, and attention to detail. Highly recommend! will definitely be my go-to for any future work.
