I was very sceptical about arranging this appointment, my elderly parents had been scammed into getting foam in their loft and not having a clue of what to do I contacted them. They made adjustments to thier usual policies all through the process to accommodate my situation. The guys who turned up were polite, as quiet as possible and went above and beyond again. Couldn't have picked a better company!

After having sought three separate company quotes for the removal and replacement work, it's always a lottery who to choose. However, Midland Smart Energy where definitely the right ones and exceeded our expectations. The two guys where punctual, courteous, polite and discussed with us what they were going to do, during the whole process. They tidied up everywhere after finishing the work and left a very happy customer.

The men that came were very courteous and worked hard. I didn't expect it to be such a messy job, they tried their best to clean up afterwards but it will take a few weeks to reinstate cleanliness due to the nature of the work. Overall the work done looks okay.

Excellent on site crew who worked to a very high standard, the communication from the office could be improved. The work itself is finished to a very high standard and definitely recommend them

The workers arrived on time each day they were very polite and got on with the work as soon as they arrived.The job was completed and the finish was excellent they tided up each day before they left. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs similar work to be done on their property.
