The gentleman who arrived for the free survey was kind and professional. However, the service provided thereafter has been awful. The director has appalling customer service and I would highly recommend using another pest control company. The job wasn’t completed correctly the first time and they needed to reattend (after failing to show up when previously arranged) and still the job has not been completed.

Excellent service. The lady on the phone was really helpful and reassuring to my needs. Steve turned up at the time I was expected and got the job completed really quickly and efficiently. I will be recommending you to any of my friends if they have an issue

Steve arrived at my home on time and did not waist time in identifying where my problem was originating from,and then acted swiftly to resolve the issue! I had two different company's visit my house and recommended/advised a different strategy..alas my problem continued until Steve came...problem solved! I wish id have contacted "MIDS" first as I could have saved on two whopping bills. Hopefully I'll never need "pest control " again,but if I do then Steve will be my first call.
