Terry conducted a sweep of our open fire chimney that had not been cleaned for many years. He was incredibly polite and I echo other reviews about how friendly and approachable he is. He worked swiftly, leaving no dust or dirt behind and was happy to spend time talking about the process and address various questions I had. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommend him!
